Ordering Information

Orders: can be placed at any time of year. Orders by e-mail are welcome, with payment by Paypal. By post: please complete the form and return with payment by cheque.
Reservations: The Meadow Packs can be reserved for later payment depending on the time of year, but for other orchid orders I do not take reservations.

Overseas Orders: there should be few problems with orders from within the E.U., but please contact me first by e-mail to agree method of payment and delivery.

Payment: If wishing to pay by Paypal please contact me. Otherwise I accept a sterling cheque made payable to A.D.Heys. If appropriate the cheque amount can be written “not to exceed xxx pounds” in words between the A/C payee cross lines while leaving the numbers box blank for me to complete. This is useful if the order cannot be met exactly.

Postage & Packing: Orders up to and including 15 plants (eg for one Meadow Pack): £5.80, over 15 plants: £9.90, for delivery within the UK.

Delivery: plants are normally sent by signed - for 1st class post as dormant bare root tubers. Plants should be examined on arrival to ensure they are satisfactory. It is advisable to plant or pot them up within a few days.

Collection: Instead of mailing, plants can be collected, by prior arrangement.

Terms & Conditions: prices are subject to the current Plant List. Plants offered are propagated from legally sourced material. Plants are raised from seed both symbiotically and asymbiotically, and also by division of stock. Every effort is made to supply healthy plants in good condition, that will normally be at least 2 growing seasons old, sometimes more. Cultivation advice is supplied with each order. If you are not satisfied with the plants on delivery, please retain them and the packing and contact me straight away. A full refund will require the plants to be returned to me postage paid. No responsibility can be taken for successful growth of the plants after delivery, including time to flowering. Please note that plants may not exactly match the appearance of those in illustrations used, due to the wide natural variation in colour and form. Nor can species identification be absolutely guaranteed in plants that have not yet flowered.
